The Moser String Quartet is rapidly establishing an international reputation, with performances spanning across Europe, Canada, and Japan. The ensemble has been recognised at major international competitions, earning several prizes including the prestigious ?Ambassador Ensemble? Special Award at the Osaka International Chamber Music Competition (Japan) and the Special Prize for the best interpretation of the commissioned piece at the Bad Tölz Competition 2026 in Germany.
Regular guests at major festivals, the Quartet has performed at, among others, Trame Sonore, Festival de La Chaise-Dieu, MonteLeón, and the Ernen Musikdorf Festival, where they also hold an artistic residency. Deeply dedicated to contemporary music, they won 3rd Prize at the Concours Nicati and made a debut at the Stadtcasino Basel with Dieter Ammann?s Distanzenquartett.
Currently based in Switzerland, the Quartet graduated from the Hochschule für Musik Basel mentored by Silvia Simionescu, Anton Kernjak and Anna Gebert.
